Day 3
In the wake of the award of business sponsorship by BILAAD company, the team proceeded to present the business packages to three outstanding ambassadors in the persons of Ladi Vandu (vegetable oil seller), Hauwa Abubakar – (Fashion designer) and Patience James (Fashion designer) all in Gulak, Madagali local government area of Adamawa state.
The district head and secretary of Gulak who were present during the presentation of the packages appreciated Bilaad and Mariam Ladi Yunusa Foundation for helping the young ladies grow their businesses and become self-reliant. He also encouraged the beneficiaries to utilize the materials that were given to them in order not to betray the trust invested in them. The items which consist of tailoring materials like; linen, zips, thread, tapes, laces, bridal satin, needle, gum steeves etc. and a jerican of vegetable oil were presented to the beneficiaries to further grow their businesses. Thankfully, the orientation exercise for the final edition of the ambassadorship cycle ended successfully.
