Day 2 – Report of Ambassadorship Cycle 3 (Orientation Exercise) in Kwambla, Hong Local Government Area of Adamawa State

Day 2

The second day of the orientation exercise commenced as early as 9:00am with everyone concerned already seated. The punctuality and enthusiasm of the beneficiaries is noteworthy, and this really encouraged the foundation officials who were present at the venue. Mr Joshua Gamaraja started the orientation exercise by intimating the beneficiaries with the activities of Mariam Ladi Yunusa Foundation. The Leadership development and counseling session featured lectures on leadership. Security, violence, response to violence, personal hygiene, and communal responsibilities. The beneficiaries were briefed on these topics to prepare them for the intensive ambassadorship cycle coming up later this year.

Mr. Abdulaziz Usman took the participants through the ICT sessions, he introduced them to the components of a computer, Software, hardware, and Microsoft packages. After the ICT session, Mr. Joshua Gamaraja concluded the training with Agricultural sessions. He ignited the minds of the beneficiaries when he outlined the practical aspect of agricultural innovation. He also advised them to be physically and mentally prepared for the ambassadorship cycle in the coming months.The head of the community who was present at orientation exercise encouraged the beneficiaries to take every process of the training seriously to profit greatly from it. He concluded by thanking Mariam ladi Yunusa Foundation for bringing such a laudable program to his community.
